< P> CT Technologist - CT Scan at Mission Hospital Mission Viejo. This position is Full time and will work 10-hour Variable Shifts. < /strong>

Under the direction of the Department Director, the day-to-day supervision of the Lead Technologist and/or Manager and in close collaboration with the Radiologists, the CT Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities according to department standards utilizing age-specific criteria. Serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff. Participates in quality control, performance improvement, and organizational improvement activities. Serves as a clinical and technical resource to other technologists and to the radiologists. Participates in call schedule and remains flexible with job assignments and shifts to meet staffing needs of the department. < /p>

Required Qualifications: < /strong>

< Li> Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist school or program. < /li>
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist, < /li>
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. < /li>
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. < /li>
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography. < /li> < /ul>

  Preferred Qualifications: < /strong>

  < Li>2 years of experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center performing pediatric and adult CT scans. < /li> < /ul>

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
