Medical Records Clerk for our Healthcare Provider Services
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program.
Schedule : PTO, Monday through Friday,

Qualifications of the Medical Records Clerk for SNF
- 2–4 years' experience in medical records or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office with PCC
Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk for SNF:
- Maintain, update, and organize patient records while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and internal record-keeping standards
