Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associate 2nd shift workers for a leading manufacturing company in North Mankato, MN. What Youll Do as a Production Associate:

• Receive, verify, and sort materials
• Handle work orders and calculate material requirements
• Receive, store, and process raw materials like fabrics and trims
• Assemble trays, kits, or packages according to specifications
• Rotate between different tasks on the production line
• Measure, fold, and pack finished goods
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards
• Use correct documentation and packaging materials
• Pack finished goods for delivery
• Maintain and operate production equipment
• Keep workstations organized and clean

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and compute basic math
• Fluently speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to use a computer to locate information and print reports
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work well with others to accomplish team objectives
