Senior Clinical Program Manager

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Clinical Program Manager to oversee the execution and management of oncology clinical trials. The role requires leadership of cross-functional study teams, adherence to GCP and ICH guidelines, and management of complex programs within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Study Execution Teams and manage multiple concurrent oncology trials independently
- Develop and oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies for clinical programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors on query resolution and data quality oversight
- Supervise team members, communicate project status, and drive problem resolution to meet objectives
- Contribute to study protocol development and clinical operations SOP creation and training
Requirements
- RN or Bachelor's/Master's degree in biological sciences or health-related field
- 10+ years direct clinical operations experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Minimum 6 years cross-functional study management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex clinical trials with limited oversight
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical standard operating procedures
- Experience with CRO and vendor selection, RFP development, and management
