ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective clients in the Bethlehem area to assess their protection needs.
Draft customized insurance quotes that offer meaningful value rather than generic policies.
Navigate the renewal process with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their lives.
Maintain accurate client records within our agency software to ensure seamless service.
Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and improve our collective outreach strategies.
Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or coverage adjustments with patience and clarity.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license.
Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage.
Strong organizational habits and comfort with digital filing systems.
Ability to articulate complex information clearly and kindly.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry certification.
Prior experience in customer relationship management or retail sales.
$12 per hour
