What You’ll Do: Oversee and manage daily resident services, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. Supervise, mentor, and support a team of caregivers and service staff, fostering a positive and effective working environment. Develop and implement service plans, coordinate activities, and manage staff schedules to meet the diverse needs of residents. Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of service. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and provide seamless service. Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth to uphold service excellence. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in residential care services and team leadership is required. Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities to lead and inspire the team. Empathy: A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of residents through exceptional service. Adaptability: Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
