EHS Specialist

Join Our Client, the global #1 beauty company! We are hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist in Clark, NJ. Bring your 7-10 years of EHS experience, chemical waste management skills, and OSHA/EPA knowledge to help drive our sustainable innovations.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

Lead EHS data management by developing dashboards, analyzing metrics, and supporting root cause analyses to drive informed decision-making.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and EPA standards while managing environmental permitting, emissions tracking, and chemical waste programs.
Create and deliver engaging EHS training materials, campaigns, and visual standards to promote a strong culture of safety across the site.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and assist in preparing the facility for both internal corporate and external regulatory audits.
