Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour Day shift. Up to 40 hours per week with 36 hours guaranteed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, but we welcome new graduates and first-time travelers. This role involves treating a diverse patient population, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient functionality and quality of life.
• Manage a productive caseload of 12-14 patients per day, meeting productivity expectations.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
