Baker Part-Time | 20–25 Hours Per Week Ooh La La Dessert Boutique is looking for a dependable Baker who enjoys creating high-quality desserts and takes pride in producing beautiful products our customers love. If you enjoy working with a team, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced bakery environment, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other desserts according to recipes and standards Follow production schedules and meet daily baking goals Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Ensure product quality and consistency Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory management Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production demands Our Ideal Candidate Shows up on time and ready to work Has a strong work ethic Takes initiative and works well with others Thrives in a fast-paced environment Pays attention to detail and quality Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Baking experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Flexible scheduling Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the bakery Employee discounts on our desserts At Ooh La La, we believe great desserts start with great people.
