Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to obstetric and gynecologic patients throughout all phases of care
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in OB/GYN or Labor and Delivery nursing
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• ACLS certification
• Prior experience in a high-volume or acute care OB setting
