The main responsibility is to convert customers to buyers with sales that fulfill the desired experience. Job Responsibilities Commitment to the mission of Range USA by providing the easiest and best customer service. Provide outstanding customer service that is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering lasting relationships. Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience. Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill desired experience. Ensure customers leave with the complete package supporting their main purchase. Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions. Conduct range customer check‑in in an efficient and friendly manner. Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time. Ensure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental process. Utilize radios to communicate with the Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issues. Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability. Maintain compliance with all government agencies including 4473 and background check processes. Remain up to date on new product and industry news. When acting as an e‑commerce picker, check the pickup dashboard every hour and pick new orders. Desired Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment. Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and handle highly confidential information. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays necessary to open or close the store. Must be 21 years of age. Working at heights of up to 10 feet.
