We're looking for a professional and welcoming Concierge to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our community, creating exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage the front desk, ensuring all visitors sign in and follow community procedures.
• Provide information about our community, services, and amenities.
• Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Notify residents and department leaders when guests arrive.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations

Shift

• Part time including mandatory weekends

Qualifications:

• Experience in a receptionist, concierge, front desk, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Hospitality, hotel, resort, senior living, or healthcare experience is a plus.

$14 - $14 an hour
