In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders — providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business.You will combine strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise with a passion for business partnership, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence. You'll also help advance process automation and digital analytics capabilities, building scalable tools and models that enhance agility and performance across the Applications portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartneringServe as a primary finance contact for Applications business leadershipPartner with Application managers to evaluate projects against sales opportunitiesTranslate operational strategies into financial impacts and advise leaders on key business decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally to assess resource allocation and capital expenditure requests, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic prioritiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Manage a team of finance professionals across multiple regions supporting the applications organizationLead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the Applications business, partnering with leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking modelsManage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountabilitySupport quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysisProcess Optimization & AutomationIdentify inefficiencies in financial workflows and reporting processes, and lead initiatives to automate data collection, reporting, and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or ERP enhancementsStandardize and document best practices for recurring processesReporting & InsightsPrepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews, delivering meaningful variance analysis with actionable recommendations to senior managementMonitor and report on KPIs across the Applications business, developing dashboards and scorecards for leadershipPrepare quarterly business review materials and other reporting packagesAll About You:We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you're ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)5+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting a technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing businessStrong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Oracle, or Hyperion a plusProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDemonstrated success in process improvement and automation projectsStrong communication skills, with the ability to frame problem statements and present insights clearly to leadershipCompensation:The base salary range for this role is $105,900 - $169,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan:This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
