Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Details Job Location: Tri-County Council TCCF - Salisbury, MD 21804 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Category: Automotive Summary Performs routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds. This position requires the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facility and grounds maintenance and repairs Basic carpentry and drywall Lightbulb and HVAC filter replacement Power washing of vehicles, buildings, parking lot, bus shelters, sidewalks, trash cans, etc Bus shelter installation and maintenance Indoor and outdoor painting Cleaning and maintaining parking lots Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Facilities maintenance and cleaning; i.e. gutters, trash collection, grass cutting & trimming, shrub trimming, and tree trimming Assist with snow and debris removal, as needed Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Any software utilized for maintaining and repairing agency vehicles. Any other Shore Transit or Tri-County Council software that is required.
