Alamo Auto supply is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative who has a minimum of one year of cashier/customer service-related experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Purpose of Position:

As part of the front desk team, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, processing cash register transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently, and safeguarding company assets

Primary Roles:

• Will Call functions
• Cashiering
• Service desk functions
• Phone answering
• Provide positive customer service experience
• Product knowledge

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

• High School diploma/GED with a minimum of one year of cashier/customer service-related experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Standard Driver License preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Customer service oriented

• Proficient with computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, electronic calendar and e-mail
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and positive customer service skills and ability to relate to clients
• Excellent telephone skills with a thorough knowledge of telephone etiquette
• Ability to work individually and as a team
• Ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services
• Establishes effective working relationships among team members
• Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
