Inside Sales Support

In this role, you’ll be the go to for sales process precision and be the engine firing behind a high performing sales team. This position is a direct link between the production and sales teams, providing critical support to the overall success of the operation. Truemont Materials helps communities in the southeastern U.S. become more resilient to ever-increasing infrastructure and environmental challenges. Our innovative wet cast concrete brands include Coast Armor shoreline protection, Redi-Rock and Novum Wall retaining systems, Pole Base light foundations, and several accessory precast concrete products. We’re experiencing tremendous need for our products and are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support expansion of our presence in the infrastructure sector. In this role you’ll need to be flexible performing customer facing tasks and have high internal collaboration for supporting quote creation, communication on lead times, coordinating freight and supporting production operations. The office location is at the Truemont Materials production facility in Green Cove Springs, FL. Primary responsibilities include (may change or evolve over time) Manage incoming calls, ensuring to capture information to provide for effective follow up Develop a deep understanding of our suite of products to answer incoming questions Use multiple forms of technology and systems to create project scopes and quotes Track bids and specified projects from initial quotation through award and completion of the projects Perform project management to maintain project schedules and provide customers with production and availability updates. CRM and ERP systems knowledge is helpful Maintain organized records of quotes, plans, correspondence, submittals, orders, and revisions Aid in the routing and scheduling sales trips in target markets Organization and labeling for portions of the production process Logistical coordination, schedule and track shipments with third party freight providers. Provide ongoing communication to customers and internal teams Assist in or become capable of loading flatbeds with forklift and securing loads You’ll be successful in this role if: You have prior experience in customer service support roles in the construction or building materials industry Effectively communicate and link sales and operations team within Truemont Materials to ensure production schedules match the demand in the field Can make swift, but calculated decisions Are a problem solver who anticipates bottlenecks and implements proactive solutions Good with diving into details to gain a deep understanding of our products Have technology stack knowledge and are familiar with tools such as CRM, ERP, and Google Suite systems.
