Responsibilities Provides technical assistance to managers concerning appropriated and non‑appropriated fund budgeting. Ensures the correct production of budgets and their execution, including compliance with appropriate regulations. Reviews and analyzes financial reports to identify trends, working capital, and the NAFI’s financial position. Performs analyses of financial statements for proposed ventures; prepares and reviews return‑on‑investment schedules for capital projects; assists and guides managers in deciding on capital reinvestments. Qualifications Work experience that includes interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems. Experience interpreting balance sheet and profit‑and‑loss statement results. Application of commercial budgeting techniques.

• Highly Preferred) At least three (3) years of experience with DOD NAF MWR in a field that requires financial knowledge.
• Highly Preferred) Knowledge of AR‑215‑1 or equivalent and internal controls.
• Highly Preferred) Knowledge of NAF and APF (UFM – Uniform Funding Management) Funding.
