In person About Us Mira Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Decatur, Georgia. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and is eager to learn about chiropractic care and patient support. No previous chiropractic experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone interested in healthcare who wants to develop valuable medical office and clinical support skills in a professional, patient-focused environment. Job Responsibilities Front Desk and Administrative Duties Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments. Assist patients with completing intake forms and other office paperwork. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and organized patient files. Help coordinate follow-up appointments and communicate appointment reminders. Assist with basic insurance verification and administrative documentation after training. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA privacy requirements. Clinical Assistance Duties Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Assist the chiropractor with authorized patient-care support tasks. Help prepare patients for scheduled treatments and guide them through approved office workflows. Assist with clinic equipment setup and cleaning according to office protocols and training. Observe and report patient concerns to the chiropractor. Follow established safety, infection-control, and patient-care procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior chiropractic or medical office experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn electronic medical records. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, professional, and friendly. Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare office. Willingness to learn new responsibilities and work as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, or healthcare is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Competitive pay of $15–$18 per hour, based on qualifications.
