Job Role - AI Engineer
Experience Range - 7 - 10 yrs expr.
Location - Jacksonville, Florida -- 100% Onsite
Job type: Contract
Bill Rate : $70/hr C2C

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for generative AI across business units.
Drive research initiatives and stay ahead of the latest advancements in generative AI.
Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines for training and inference.
Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers.
Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in model development and deployment.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, platforms, and APIs as needed.


Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in generative AI.
Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Proven experience with transformer architectures, diffusion models, or GANs.
Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, and multimodal learning.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
Publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL).
Experience with fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral).
Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs.
