Senior Process Operator

Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $22hr - $26hr

Responsibilities

• Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines.
• Monitor equipment throughout the shift to ensure proper operation.
• Read and follow established process instructions accurately.
• Support overall plant performance and operational goals.
• Address internal and external customer needs and expectations.
• Operate area-specific equipment for production processes.
• Perform tasks such as bagging, sampling, and testing products.
• Manage material handling and processing activities.
• Operate wastewater treatment systems and related equipment.
• Sort, load, and unload materials and products.
• Operate forklifts to move materials within the facility.

Skills

• Equipment operation and monitoring.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or plant operations.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Qualification And Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of site-specific safety training required.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience operating forklifts preferred.
• Experience in industrial or hazardous environments preferred.

Should Have

• Ability to complete hazardous waste operations training.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
