A high-profile law firm is seeking an entry level Intake Center Agent to be the first contact for individuals seeking representation. This Monday–Friday role is fast-paced, client-focused, and requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication while handling a high volume of calls. The hourly rate is $20/hour.
