What we're seeking:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligibility for or possession of ND SLP licensure
• Acceptance into or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate approach and creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Excellent collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and service providers
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing as a knowledgeable and valued team member
• Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers and parents
• Stay up to date with best practices in school-based speech therapy and professional development opportunities
