Front Desk Receptionist

Bilingual in Spanish. Full-Time | In-Person | $17–$19 per hour Fann Contracting, Inc., a trusted Prescott family-owned business for over 60 years, is seeking an energetic and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Minimum Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent. One year of customer service experience is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that supports the ability to operate a company vehicle. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish. One year of Administrative Assistant/Front Desk experience. Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Weekends as needed Some schedule flexibility appreciated Key Responsibilities Professionally answer and direct incoming calls Greet clients, guests, and employees Manage documents including scanning, logging, distributing, and filing Assist team members with a variety of administrative tasks Use Mac computers and excel efficiently Multi-task, organize, and prioritize daily responsibilities Solve problems effectively with a “get things done” attitude Communicate clearly with strong verbal and written skills Provide excellent customer service Work independently while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and an engaging presence with clients Take initiative as a responsive team player in a fast-paced setting Adapt to last-minute changes as needed Use company vehicle for errands and supply pickups Maintain strong attendance and punctuality Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and life insurance Voluntary vision and short-term disability insurance Paid vacation and sick leave Tuition reimbursement All positions at Fann Contracting are considered safety sensitive which generally means that these positions involve some aspect of a heightened danger requiring an employee's full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute his or her job.
