In return for hard work and dedication, our goal is to provide a safe, productive, and enjoyable workplace for every employee. Job Title: Zone Sales ManagerFLSA Status: Exempt Summary Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commissionbasis by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.Demonstrates products and points out salable features.Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in atimely manner.Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.Other duties may be assigned.CompetenciesMust be motivated and be able to effectively leadMust be able to provide a high level of customer serviceMust have strong interpersonal skillsMust be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistanceMust have strong attention to detailMust live the Champion Operating Principles  QualificationsPrior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferredMust have working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePrevious sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desiredMust be willing to travel up to 50% of the time ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS WITH US AND APPLY NOW!
