Description We are looking for a Department Manager who will lead shifts and oversee department functions. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Responsibilities include setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver an excellent customer experience, conduct sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe food quickly, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager hires, trains, and schedules crew to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates staff throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
