Department Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor, Organization Activation Support Team Member for an Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Transformation to collaborate with teams and Global Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Modernization ("GI Mod") counterparts to support Project Management and Transition Management for the Organization Activation (OA) Team. This role supports the OA General Support Lead within the broader GI Mod project. The scope of the Organization Activation capability spans across the disciplines of Organization Design, Change Management, Communications, Learning and Development, and Transition Coordination. This role will report to the OA General Support Lead and support with integration, coordination, and project management across the GI Mod OA Team as well as supporting the Transition Coordination responsibilities for the program. Duties Partner with the OA General Support Lead across the Organization Activation work and teams Support and drive the management of the OA integrated project plan Participate and support in leadership and stakeholder management activities Support in Transition Coordination work managing the execution to effectively move talent into their future state roles Assist in creating and/or customizing for relevancy toolkits, decks, and best practice materials to standardize project Management across the OA team and Transition Coordination efforts related to the program Influence the achievement of operational goals of the Organization Activation Team Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and other supporting documentation Qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in project management and/or transformation work Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in working with large teams or project based work Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and collaborative technologies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Irreproachable integrity and sensitivity to confidential information Compensation Bonus Eligible: Yes Benefits Eligible: Yes Salary Range The expected salary range for this role is $93,208.00 – $116,510.00 per year. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
