We are currently seeking a full time and part time kitchen staff Major responsibilities include: Prepare pizza, grill and fryer foods Review menus prior to preparation of food Assure that all food preparation and handling procedures are followed Follow all sanitation guidelines Become familiar with new menu items/dishes Work in a fast paced environment Work efficiently alongside others Requirements Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred Abilty to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Night and weekend avialability Schedule flexibility Standing on feet for extended periods of time Experience with quantity food preparation preferred Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes Must have a Food Handlers Certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire.
