Nurse Practitioner - Traumatic Brain Injury & Musculoskeletal Care

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our specialized outpatient team providing care for patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and musculoskeletal injuries. This is a rewarding opportunity to practice autonomously while working with a highly supportive, multidisciplinary clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive assessments, histories & physical exams

• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, imaging, testing)

• Manage neurologic & orthopedic patient care and treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and therapies within NP scope

• Perform procedures: Botox, Trigger Point Injections, Prolotherapy, ONBs

• Maintain accurate documentation (SOAP/EHR)

• Collaborate with multiple specialties & community resources

• Travel to satellite sites up to 25% (local only)

• Manage 12 patients/day (80% utilization)

What We're Looking For

• Active & unrestricted California NP license

• Willingness to obtain Nevada license within 90 days

• Valid driver's license

• Strong clinical judgment & ability to work independently

• New Graduate NPs welcome - training provided

• No visa sponsorship available

Schedule

• Full-time, 4x10 weekday schedule

• No weekends
