Eagle-eye defect detection (bridging, misalignments, cold solder joints—IPC-A-610 knowledge is a huge plus). Digital literacy to log NCRs and pass/fail data seamlessly in our system. Ready to put your precision to the test? salary: $50,000 - $61,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Perform hands-on, high-magnification visual inspection of fine-pitch electronic components, surface-mount technology (SMT), and through-hole assemblies under a microscope or stereo magnifier. Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBA) for soldering defects, component misalignments, bridging, solder balls, insufficient solder, cracked joints, and incorrect polarity. Identify and segregate defective parts, non-conforming materials, and damaged components on circuit boards prior to final assembly or shipment. Verify board rework, touch-ups, and repairs to ensure they meet visual and structural acceptance criteria.
