This is a remote position.

Do you enjoy helping others turn travel ideas into unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a Travel Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating leisure travel while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and planning travel experiences
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
Create customized itineraries based on client preferences
Provide timely communication and support before, during, and after travel
Maintain accurate records and travel documentation

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Passion for travel and creating exceptional client experiences
