INVOICING SPECIALIST 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1060 Salary Range: $25.00 To $25.00 Hourly Job Summary: TheInvoicing Specialistwillgather data,and createinvoices for billing purposes. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Calculate s costs for goods, services , and delivery/ shipment of goods. Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors. Cr eate s itemized statements, bills , invoices , and other necessary billing documents , which may require calculation of credit terms, shipping charges, discounts, and costs of goods . Record s amounts due for items purchased or services rendered. Perform s general bookkeeping work, which may include entering data and maintain ing records , invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for items purchased or services rendered. Generate s shipping labels and billing documents. Contact s customers to obtain , verify, and update account information when necessary . Performs other related duties, as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization al and time management skills . Ability to solve problems as they arise. Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuiteor similar software. Education and Experience: High s chool d iploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or vocational school training preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
