About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Digital Marketing and Campaign to lead the strategy, development, delivery, and measurement of digital marketing programs and corporate campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and improving processes to engage customers on a personalized level and drive conversion. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in digital marketing, including experience in marketing automation, web, analytics, and enterprise-grade CMS. The VP will provide leadership for cross-functional marketing teams, drive pipeline growth, and ensure that all digital tactics and solutions are optimized for lead generation and management. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in campaign content creation and management, 5 years' in digital marketing, and a strong background in SEO, paid media, and email marketing. The role demands a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, a self-starter with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences, and a proven ability to manage global, virtual teams. Experience in SaaS is a plus, and the ideal candidate will be adept at end-to-end project management, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The VP will also be responsible for setting strategy across the email channel, managing campaign performance KPIs, and working with product marketing to develop differentiated messaging and content for marketing campaigns.
