Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer support industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Buffalo Grove, IL Pay Range: $23-$26 Shift: 8am - 5pm, hybrid (Tues and Wed onsite, with remote work options during renovation) What's the Job?- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Prioritize and manage daily workload, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate across various functions within the organization to develop long-term solutions for customer concerns.
- Manage incoming inquiries through Salesforce mailboxes and queues, delivering timely responses.
- Execute SAP transactions such as order entry, status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- High School diploma or recognized GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of practical customer support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
