Location/Schedule: Fully Remote

Base Salary: Up to $185k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Trusts & Estates – Sophisticated estate planning, probate administration, trust litigation, tax returns, and IRS audits for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings.
• Handle contested trusts and estates litigation and IRS audits.
• Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, charitable giving, and asset protection strategies.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (NY preferred).
• 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
