Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

To support the development of Greenlight's core product functionality on the web, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of web experiences, manage technical strategy, and mentor engineers while working in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of innovative web experiences, translating mobile features to the web Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards, and mentor engineers to establish the technical vision for the web platform Design and develop backend services that ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance Required qualifications BS in Computer Science or equivalent 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and Remix Strong experience in building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kotlin Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD
