We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our insurance software applications. In this role, you’ll create and execute test plans, analyze issues, collaborate with business and IT teams, and help improve workflows and system efficiency. You’ll also assist with documentation, policy form updates, statistical reporting, and software enhancements. Ideal candidates are strong problem‑solvers with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
