Emergency Physicians of the Rockies (EPR) is seeking experienced Physician Assistants with 1-2 years of dedicated Emergency Department experience to join our growing, physician-owned practice full-time.
EPR staffs six Emergency Departments across Northern Colorado, offering a variety of clinical settings, including Level I, II, and III trauma centers as well as freestanding emergency departments. This diversity provides the opportunity to care for a wide range of patient populations while building expertise across different levels of acuity.

At EPR, APPs are valued members of the care team. Physician Assistants work alongside board-certified emergency medicine physicians in a collaborative environment while managing the full spectrum of emergency department patient care. Responsibilities include patient assessment and diagnosis, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, performing procedures, coordinating referrals, and communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, consultants, and care teams.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current DEA licensure
- 1-2 years of Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
- Current knowledge of emergency medicine practices, procedures, and equipment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Genuine interest in emergency medicine and high-acuity clinical practice
