White Fence Surgical Suites, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high‑quality care and a service‑oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full‑time Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As a scrub RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations. White Fence Surgical Suites is an accredited facility recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. With three fully equipped operating rooms and a dedicated treatment room, we offer a state‑of‑the‑art environment for surgeons to perform procedures. The Registered Nurse, operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and scrubbing in the case. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi‑task, show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies, and be able to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Current unrestricted RN license in the state. Orthopedic surgery experience. Current American Heart BLS certification.
