Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant

Assist residents with daily living needs such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and skin care per care plan. Maintain resident safety and environment by responding to call lights, using safety equipment, preventing falls, and cleaning the unit. Support residents with meals, including delivering trays, helping with feeding, using adaptive equipment, and honoring food preferences. Assist with mobility and rehabilitation needs, including range of motion exercises, walking, transfers, proper positioning, and the use of aids. Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Measure and record weight, intake, and output. Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents. Help with resident social and emotional needs through interaction and companionship. Maintain confidentiality and residents' rights at all times. Report resident concerns, changes, or refusals to the nurse promptly. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner per protocol. Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens is reasonably anticipated. Required tasks may lead to contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
