Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance ideally within FMCG environment.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business case modeling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
• High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese required as they will need to meet with customers to support the US Asian Sales Team
