Assistant Finance Manager
We are seeking a commercially minded Assistant Finance Manager with Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience to join our growing U.S. business. This role goes far beyond traditional reporting you will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, driving profitability, optimizing A&P investments, and influencing key business decisions.

- Balance Sheet & Working Capital Optimization
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Term Planning
- Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Team Leadership & Development
- Compliance & Internal Controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance ideally within FMCG environment.
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business case modeling.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
- The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese required as they will need to meet with customers to support the US Asian Sales Team
