What You'll Do

As a Direct Care Staff member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs and ensuring they thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere.
• Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals under your care.
• Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting their independence.
• Documenting care activities and maintaining accurate records as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a meaningful impact. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving or direct support role.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• A commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of the individuals you support.
