Join our mission-driven team as an Inside Sales Agent, where you will be responsible for the sales and retention of individual dental, vision, and legal insurance products through both inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will foster a positive external image aligned with our corporate values, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Daily Duties Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow‑up through outbound calls. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance. Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights. Provide support to small business sales and service team. Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives. Reliability in attendance and punctuality is required. Maintain confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based in Johnston, IA, and is a hybrid role. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $24.00 – $24.00 per hour.
