The compensation for this opportunity includes an hourly wage of $17 - $18 per hour, plus commission and bonuses. On average first year produces earn $50,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their insurance options to help them select the coverage that best protects their families and assets.
• Process new policy applications and manage changes for existing customers with precision and care.
• Connect with local community members to build lasting, trust-based relationships.
• Respond to inquiries regarding billing, claims, and policy details in a helpful and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate client files and stay up to date on carrier requirements and changes.
• Actively listen to individual needs to identify opportunities for account rounding and better protection.

Requirements

• Illinois Producer License for Property Casualty, and Life.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role.
• Solid understanding of personal lines and life insurance products.
• Strong comfort level using computers for policy management and client documentation.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication style.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
