Your Role
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific requirements and create personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their rehabilitation objectives
  • Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Employ top-notch practices aimed at boosting patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities
  • Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers about therapy techniques to assist in their continued progress at home
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring patients remain on track toward their goals
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported
Licenses
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
