Interim Hospice
The Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer position is essential as Veteran Volunteers have the unique ability to relate and connect with Hospice Patients who are also Veterans. Veteran Volunteers can create an environment where life review and healing may occur. If you are searching for an avenue to support Veterans and provide companionship and a deep level of understanding and you are a Veteran , Interim Hospice is an organization looking for you.
From the beginning, volunteers have played a vital role as members of the hospice care team. Just like our patients, hospice volunteers bring a wide diversity of skills, cultural backgrounds and beliefs, offering these experiences and more to the fulfillment of our mission.
Interim Hospice Volunteer program offers a variety of opportunities to support patients and families and your contribution would make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Volunteers set their own levels of commitment based on their available time and the needs of our patients.
