- Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if seasoned to home health
- Home Health Therapy Services
- Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- Chronic diseases, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac
- Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
- Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
- OT: BLS; State Licensure required
- Skills required:
- Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions), IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS
- Support within the Department:
- Departmental leadership
- Technology/Equipment:
- Samsung note 9 phones
- HCHB
- Orientation (facility and unit) :
- NEO
- 5 days orientation
- Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: No
- Is On Call required? No not unless requested
- RTO: Manager approval
