Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager assists with the management of all functions of the Human Resources department, including training, benefits management, employee relations, and recruitment, in accordance with Omni standards.The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.Responsibilities:In absence of the Director, assumes role & responsibility for the Human Resources DepartmentEnsure that all SOP and legal requirements of the department are adhered toFollow all Immigration Laws and Corporate Policies; consult SOP as necessary. Ensure accurate completion of I-9 formsClearly and accurately document all associate issues on a timely basis following counseling and disciplinary proceduresEnsure all paperwork has the appropriate signature(s) for processingVerify that all data on associates in the Ultipro HRIS system is correctConduct regular audits in Business Intelligence to ensure compliance, including:PTO Status, Accrual and BalancesArrearsNew Hire files, Ultipro profilesW-4 income tax (Exempt associates audited annually)7i complianceTo properly administer all aspects of the benefits program: Health, Disability and Life, Insurance, 401K Plan, and Extra Benefits ProgramAdminister and coordinate Annual Open Enrollment for benefitsEnsure Leave of Absence Policies are adhered to. Process all paperwork required for Leave of Absence of any associatesEnsure LOA log is maintained and updated accordinglyResponsible for Management recruitment effortsAssist in the planning and execution of associate events coordinated by the Associate Services Department (Monthly OSC Rallies, Employee Appreciation events, Annual OSC Gala, etc.)Complete OFCCP annually and maintain quarterlyProvides counsel and assistance to all management personnel in regards to associate problems dealing with supervision and administrationConduct investigations on any associate incidents as neededConduct training classes as needed (Monthly Manager Trainings, OMD, Power of Engagement, etc.)Complete annual Wage SurveysAssist with any other reasonable assignment issued by the Hotel ManagementAttend all department/hotel meetings as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree highly preferredAt least 2 years of prior HR Manager experience required, preferably within a hotel settingMust be proficient using Microsoft Office ProductsMust have outstanding verbal and written communication skillMust be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidaysOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
