Job Summary
Love football and working with kids? Looking for a fun part-time job?
Weekly training sessions held once per week for six consecutive weeks. Days and times vary by location. This is a great opportunity for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports. Responsibilities
- Lead fun, engaging training sessions focused on flag football fundamentals.
- Teach age-appropriate skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
- Promote teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship.
- Communicate with athletes and parents in a friendly, professional, and positive manner.
- Create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every athlete.
- Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Experience playing, coaching, or officiating football preferred.
- Strong understanding of flag football fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for working with kids.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead groups independently.
