Law Firm Case Manager

Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Do you love helping people and want to grow your career in the legal field? Join our team at a growing personal injury law firm in Sarasota, FL. We're looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client service. Prior experience in personal injury law is a plus—but not required.
Schedule:
- Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday
- 9 AM - 5 PM
- 100% In Office
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and oversee the progress of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to gather necessary documentation and information for case preparation.
- Review and organize case files, ensuring all documents are complete and accurately filed for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to maintain strong relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, be organized, and multitask in a high-paced environment.
