Help Desk Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an Help Desk Specialist to join a large federal program. This is a full - time position and onsite in New Orleans, LA. Essential Duties of the Help Desk Specialist: Responsible for end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide. Providing IT support for various devices/technologies including the network devices, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, connectivity issues, OS issues, Outlook/Microsoft Office support, Video Teleconference (VTC), etc. Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk. Execute scripts and answer calls. Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or elevate technical issues. Open and close tickets. Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services. Qualifications of the Help Desk Specialist: 1+ years of IT experience Active Security+ certification Must be able to obtain and maintain an activeSecret clearance. Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical Cigna Dental Vision 401k w/ ADP PTO paid holidays Sick Leave as required by law paid holidays This job opens for applications on 8/7/2026.
